Discover your ritual. Whether you seek solitude & meditation or connection & invigoration, we have an experience for you.

Ritual

Follow these steps for the best experience.

  • Upon arrival you'll head to our locker rooms or shower rooms to dress down to your fitness apparel or swimwear. We have sandals, and towels available for rent or you can bring your own.

You'll then head to one of our individual showers for a rinse and you're ready to begin!

  • Clients enjoy 90 minutes at our facility, which can be spent alternating between our traditional and infared saunas, cold plunges, and restoring within the salt lounge. This is a community space, where quiet conversation is allowed.

We recommend starting in the infared sauna for 20-30 minutes, followed by a 1-3 minute dip in the cold plunge. Following the plunge take a rest & rehydrate in the halotherapy lounge. Then repeat, either heading back to the infared sauna or switching to our traditional steam sauna.

Single saunas are reserved for those who book individual saunas only.

  • At the end of your session we have two single shower rooms available for you to use. Our bathrooms have light toiletries to get you ready to take on the rest of your day. Drink lots of water!

Benefits

Each of our offerings supports recovery, restoration, immunity, and longevity in their unique way. By combining them, we’ve created a space for you to focus on wellness in a nourishing and connected way.

Sauna

Detox, boost immunity, relax, relieve pain.

We offer both traditional steam and infared sauna experiences. Both types of sauna promote sweat, which can detoxify the body. boost immune health and support weight loss . The heat helps to ease pain, regulate sleep, reduce stress, promote blood flow, and speed muscular recovery time.

Sweating with infrared eliminates toxins from the body by heating the body on a cellular level, reaching the deeper levels where toxins are stored and breaking them apart so they can be released through sweat. Infared light is part of the natural electromagnetic spectrum and is helpful in reducing symptoms of autoimmune diseases like RA and lyme and environmental toxins like mold and allergens.

Infrared can also stimulate collagen production, by targeting the epidermis and dermis layers of the skin. This can reduce the appearance of lines and wrinkles as well as scars and is beneficial for acne, eczema and psoriasis.

Cold Plunge

Increase energy, boost metabolism, ease inflammation, speed up muscle recovery, and regulate the nervous system.

The benefits of Cold Plunging are many. Exposure to cold water also causes your blood vessels to constrict and then dilate when warmed up to promote blood flow, oxygenating the blood and detoxifying the lymphatic systems. It also clears metabolic waste like lactic acid. Its an ideal recovery method for sports recovery.

There are numerous studies about the effects of cold plunge and boosting mental health by spiking the production of norepinephrine, the hormone responsible for boosting alertness, attention and energy.  Cold plunging boosts your immune function by stimulating the production of white blood cells helping your body ward off infection and illness.

Cold plunging can also activate a flight or fight response, teaching us how to navigate stress and building resilience to challenges.

Salt Therapy

Breathing salt air has been a remedy in natural healing since the 12th century. Salt is naturally anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and antibacterial.  The act of breathing salt, or Halotherapy, can prevent infection, boost immune function and supports respiratory healthy. This is ideal for those with asthma, colds, and smoke exposure.

As you breathe in the salt, minerals found in the salt such as calcium, potassium and iron are absorbed by the skin and lungs. This can clear pollen, viruses and other pollutants from the body.

We use pure Himalayan Pink Salt for a pure source.

Contrast Therapy

The best of both worlds.

By alternating between the cold and heat, blood circulation is improved in the body. Energy levels get a boost and muscle recovery speeds up by targeting two key processes that hinder your body's ability to repair itself after a tough workout: inflammation and waste product buildup

A typical routine will be 10-15 minutes in the sauna and 30 seconds to two minutes in the cold plunge, with 2-3 rotations.
